Digital Marketing Specialist II at Honeywell Aerospace

After joining Honeywell Aerospace in September 2024, I quickly jumped into my new role and responsibilities as the Paid Media Specialist, primarily managing the LinkedIn Paid efforts for the Digital Marketing team. My first few months were spent learning the new-to-me platform and best practices as well as everything to do with the Honeywell Aerospace business.

 

With the new year, I dove headfirst into improving the LinkedIn Paid best practices, becoming an expert on advertising on the platform. Over the course of 2025, I improved the overall click through rate of every ad type we utilized. Along with my day-to-day job requirements, I jumped at any opportunity to stretch my content muscles and became the Content Lead on our quarterly outcome campaigns, meant to drive awareness to Honeywell Aerospace as an expert in the aviation industry when it came to top-of-mind trending topics. With the split from Honeywell, I was also selected to be the Content Workstream Lead for the website project, supervising and providing feedback on the content needs and creation for our new website, launching in mid-2026.

My time with Honeywell Aerospace has allowed me to explore so many different digital marketing avenues, while still calling back to my content roots. I've learned new platforms like Demandbase and Google Ads, as well as assisted with the organic social efforts when needed and become someone colleagues go to for sound advice on all things content and Paid Media.
